Is Miss Universe Pro-Latina? Did Miss Venezuela deserve the Crown?
Venezuela's Stefania Fernandez was crowned Miss Universe 2009 live at the Atlantis Hotel Bahamas. She succeeded fellow Venezuelan Dayana Mendoza. Most of the Semi-Finalist are Latinas and European. No Asian candidate made it on the top 15.
